What if the unit is broken or was incorrectly described in the listing when you receive the item?
Please email me. Leaving me a negative feedback does not really tell me who you are so I can address your problem. I would be glad to fix or replace the unit if I can. Worse case, I can only give you a full refund.

Someone asked "The description says new but the condition says Used. Can you elaborate?" Ecrater will only let pick option (new) if the item is "Sealed, New in original packaging."
