I always ship items either priority mail (over 13 oz) or first class mail (under 13 oz).
What if the unit is broken or was incorrectly described in the listing when you receive the item? Please email me. Leaving me a negative feedback does not really tell me who you are so I can address your problem. I would be glad to fix or replace the unit if I can. Worse case, I can only give you a full refund.
